Abstract

We design, analyze and calculate an installation that facilitates the recovery of hot water from textile dyeing and thermosetting processes, in addition to ensuring the constant supply of cooling water to the heat exchanger of a piece of equipment. treatment of exhaust gases from two heat-setting machines; This project will be carried out at a textile factory, located in Rio Grande, Tierra del Fuego province. For this, using fluid mechanics and thermodynamics tools, the selection of the necessary equipment, pipe arrangement and calculation for their sizing will be carried out, already having knowledge of the different parameters of the intervening processes.
