Abstract

It was within the framework of a collaboration agreement between the National University of the Littoral and the Higher Polytechnic Institute of Bié, which lasted 10 years and aimed at the creation and implementation of the Bachelor's Degree in Water Resources Engineering, the only degree in the African country on this subject.
